A Journey Back to Yourself

There are parts of you waiting to be met...

This is where you find them.

Recognition

Have you ever felt that you are more than you have been living?

That you are more than the parts of yourself that you know of.

Life, with its demands, its expectations, its relentless forward motion, has a way of narrowing you...

And so parts of you have waited.

Parts that are tender. Parts that are fierce. Parts that are curious, wounded, playful, uncertain, alive.

That is what The Circle of Return is for.

To introduce you to yourself more fully. Not to fix you. Not to improve you.

If you recognise that feeling, you are in the right place.

A room where something true can happen.

The Circle of Return is a six-session personal growth journey for people who are ready to meet themselves more fully.

Not to be fixed. Not to be advised. Not to perform their growth for an audience.

But to be witnessed. In a small, intimate circle of eight people, held by a practitioner, moving through six territories of honest inner work.

No prior reading is required. No particular background or belief system. Only a willingness to be honest about where you actually are, and a readiness to discover what has been waiting in you all along.

Just a question, a circle, and the quality of attention that becomes possible when human beings agree to stop performing and start listening.

Each session holds one theme. One honest question.
A genuine, unhurried conversation in a space designed for something most of us rarely experience, the chance to meet parts of ourselves we have not yet had permission to know.

Six Sessions. One Arc.

Each session earns the next. The depth builds.

01

Arrival

Honest contact with where you actually are, beneath the roles, the momentum, and the noise of daily life. Before any journey inward can begin, we need to locate where you truly stand.

02

Unmasking

An honest look at what you have been performing, and what it has quietly cost you. Everyone of us wears masks. This session asks which ones you have outgrown.

03

The Wound

Seeing clearly what has been shaping your choices and relationships from the inside. Not to dwell in the past, but to look with compassion at what you have been quietly carrying.

04

Reclaiming

The quiet, courageous act of beginning to choose yourself, honestly, in the small moments of ordinary life. Self-compassion as the only foundation from which genuine growth can emerge.

05

Relating

How everything you discover about yourself changes the quality of your presence with the people who matter most. Your relationships are the most precise mirror of your inner landscape.

06

Becoming

Not an arrival, an orientation. The beginning of a practice you can sustain long after the circle closes. Meeting yourself more fully is not a destination. It is a direction of travel.

Who This Is For

This is for you if

  • You have a growing sense that the life you are living does not entirely match the life you feel yourself capable of
  • You suspect there are parts of you, unexplored, unexpressed, perhaps even unknown, that have not yet had the space to exist fully
  • You are in a moment of honest questioning, about who you are beneath the roles you play and what it would mean to live from a place more authentically your own
  • You are willing to be honest in the company of others, and to hold their honesty with the same care you hope to receive
  • You are done with surface answers and ready for something that actually moves

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for advice, tools, or someone to tell you what to do next
  • You want to be inspired rather than genuinely encountered
  • You are not yet ready to look honestly inward

Who Holds This Space

Gautam Nabar

Author · Facilitator

Gautam Nabar is an author, leadership coach and facilitator who has spent over two decades helping people and systems find their most authentic expression.

His work sits at the crossroads of human behaviour, identity, and human process, where personal narratives meet life’s realities, and where change begins with the courage to look within.

Away from corporate rooms and board conversations, Gautam is a lifelong student of the inner world.

His writing emerges from years of deep self-inquiry, dismantling old stories, and learning to sit with the parts of himself he once abandoned.

Returning to Myself is his first book, a raw, intimate exploration of masculinity, tenderness, wounding, and homecoming, belonging

He lives in Mumbai, where he divides his time between coaching leaders, designing transformative journeys, sipping slow coffee, and writing about the spaces between who we are and who we are becoming.

Begin the Return

There is a short application — not to select the most impressive candidates, but to ensure that the people who enter this circle are genuinely ready for what it asks. There are no right answers. There is only honesty.

The Written Companion

The Circle of Return was shaped by the writing of Returning to Myself — a book by Gautam Nabar that travels the same inner territory these six sessions explore.

It is not required reading before the circle. But many participants find, after the circle opens something in them, that the book is exactly what they want to go deeper with.
